Each element represents core
areas of opportunity in support of
a low-carbon economy for Canada
and across North America.
The EC3 Perspective
"We can only achieve success if we can
demonstrate economic opportunities in our
pursuit of environmental and social solutions.
"Green" as we know it must become integrated with economics."
